Finding 100 new nursing professionals in a short space of time

For the opening of a new care facility in Hamburg this year, the non-profit Agaplesion Bethanien Diakonie quickly needed 100 employees from a total of 23 different professional groups. A challenge, because the search for skilled workers is particularly difficult in the healthcare sector.
