The referrals end up in your softgarden Applicant Tracking System and run through your usual recruiting process.
You decide. It could be a voucher, a sum of money, a bike or anything else – it’s up to you.
Depending on whether you want to give the reward after the referred employee
starts in the company or completes their probationary period, your employee will receive a notification of the successful referral.
