With chat recruiting, candidates apply directly in their chosen messenger – WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, or Meta Messenger. The application process begins with a single click on the job posting and is optimized for mobile devices. If necessary, candidates can upload documents such as resumes, references, or photos directly in the chat.
In the application chat, the questions are entirely self-determined. The employer decides whether the process is deliberately kept brief – for example, with a few introductory questions – or whether additional information and documents are requested to obtain job- or position-specific information.
Before the application dialogue begins, the candidate is transparently informed about the processing of their personal data. The link to the privacy policy is an integral part of the chat. All information and files are stored and documented in accordance with GDPR.
All applications from the messenger are automatically transferred to softgarden’s applicant management system. The responses from the chat are imported, and a complete candidate profile is created – including assignment to the appropriate position.
